Now in its fifth year, EntreCon®, Northwest Florida's premier business and leadership conference brought to you by the Pensacola International Airport and Southwest Airlines, provides leaders from across all industries an opportunity to grow together this November 13-14.

— Tiffany Pham, Founder and CEO, Mogul 
Tiffany Pham is the founder and CEO of Mogul, a worldwide technology platform dedicated to women leaders. — Jake Poore, President & Chief Experience Officer, Integrated Loyalty Systems
As Founder and President of Integrated Loyalty Systems (ILS), Jake knows what it takes to create and maintain a world-class service organization. He spent nearly two decades at the Walt Disney Company helping to train and align 65,000 employees in Orlando toward one end in mind: creating memorable experiences for individual guests. Understanding what it takes to earn loyalty every day is Jake’s strength; his passion is sharing that knowledge with others. 

— Debbie Ritchie, President, Studer Group 
Debbie started with Studer Group in 2006 with a devotion to make healthcare better. Ritchie has advanced Studer Group’s continuous process improvement journey and engagement results, as illustrated by the company’s recognition as a 2010 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient, a consistent 99th percentile performer in employee engagement, and the launch of the Net Promotor Score (NPS) survey. Studer Group’s NPS score is consistently one of the top in the nation.

— Keith Hoskins, Senior Vice President of Greater Pensacola Operations, Navy Federal Credit Union 
Keith leads the day to day operations of over 7,600 team members at Navy Federal Credit Union. Keith also served 27 years in the United States Navy. Two of Keith’s assignments included serving as an F-18 pilot on the Blue Angels flight demonstration team and as Commanding Officer for Naval Air Station Pensacola. Under Keith’s leadership in 2015, President Barack Obama awarded NAS Pensacola the Commander in Chief’s Installation Excellence Award. 

— Julie Weber, Vice President & Chief People Officer, Southwest Airlines 
As Vice President and Chief People Officer, Julie leads all aspects of Human Resources. This includes hiring the right people at the right time with the right attitude, providing employees with equal opportunity for learning and personal growth, providing competitive and attractive benefits packages, and assuring quality and depth of leadership throughout the company.

— Quint Studer, Founder, Studer Community Institute
Quint Studer is a businessman, a visionary, an entrepreneur, a mentor to many, and extremely dedicated to his community. For more than 30 years, he has given his life to designing the building blocks in organizations that will guide them to achieve and sustain a culture of high performance. Quint has also written many books, including his latest - The Busy Leader’s Handbook, due to release this fall.
