Momentum continues to build for the “Be the Bulb” challenge, which will award $50,000 for the best ideas to improve kindergarten readiness in Escambia County.

"Kindergarten readiness is, we think, the long-term solution to a better quality of life here, for people in Escambia County,” he said.
