Slumped awkwardly at my desk, working through emails I realized my back was aching and my leg was starting to go numb. I glanced at the time and realized I had been sitting for way too long. Despite great intentions, this is not an uncommon occurrence for me.

Emily Bonnie a blogger at Wrike, has done some research: we spend 90,000 hours. 10.3 years. 18.5% of waking hours over our entire lifetime at work. 28% of us have gained more than 10 lbs. at work, and 13% have put on more than 20. Our waistlines are expanding and our attention spans are shrinking.

Bonnie suggests 10 gadgets to help improve our health as well as our productivity at work:
