In this episode of the Studer Community Institute show, founder Quint Studer reviews the steps to creating an Early Learning City.

An Early Learning City is a place that embraces and support parents of young children as they learn about the power of talk and interaction to build a child's brain.

The critical first three years of life are the time when the wiring of the brain is laid. Talk and interaction from parents and caregivers in this time frame is crucial for building a solid foundation for a kid's school readiness and lifelong success.

The environment, healthcare, business, community, education system and the media all have a role to play in this, the most important infrastructure project in Escambia County.
