The Studer Community Institute’s TV Show this week on BlabTV highlights the impact of a small business in setting effective goals and the emergence of Pensacola’s first community school.

In the first segment, Miller Caldwell III talks about designing and applying a goal-setting system at his family’s architectural firm.

Caldwell, a partner with Caldwell Associates Architects Inc., was one of the presenters at the Institute’s “Goal-setting and Effective Evaluation” workshop on Feb. 4. The second session will Feb. 18.

On the TV show’s second segment, Tim Putman and Leigh Ann South outline the latest developments in the community school project at C.A. Weis Elementary School.

Putman, executive director of the Children’s Home Society, and South, director of Weis Community School, are key partners in the initiative to start a community school in Pensacola.

Watch Shannon Nickinson and Reggie Dogan interview Caldwell, Putman and South as part of the Institute’s goal of helping people understand their community and improving the quality of life for everyone.
