Over 50 people attended the Studer Community Institute workshop, "Taking Conversations from Difficult to Doable"  at the  Pensacola Little Theater, May 6.

Lynne Cunningham from the Studer Group lead the three-hour plus training session, and within minutes had the packed room of attendees on their feet engaging in an exercise.

Lynne shared tips on how to select the right conversation model and then structure the dialogue to say what needs saying in the most effective possible way.
