Studer Community Institute Founder Quint Studer was recently featured in The Journal for Quality and Participation. 

The quarterly, peer-reviewed publication from the ASQ (American Society for Quality) addressing issues related to the human side of quality.

Themes and topics include leadership, employee involvement, and teamwork. Process improvement in these areas encourages and enables people to participate in decisions that affect quality, customer satisfaction, and the performance of their organizations.

Quint Studer is a businessman, a visionary, an entrepreneur, a mentor to many, and extremely dedicated to the Northwest Florida community. He has given his life to designing the building blocks for people and organizations that guide them to achieving and sustaining high performance. His focus now is on building vibrant communities, and the mission of Studer Community Institute to improve the quality of life in the community.

The article in the The Journal for Quality and Participation makes note that “One challenge that many people are experiencing across the globe is finding a place to live that provides a satisfactory quality of life.
