The framework and requirements for organization certification include:
  • Individual - Attend 12 hours of fundamental courses per year and completes validation system
  • Business – 100 percent of leadership team attends 12 hours of fundamental courses per year and completes validation system

Studer Community Institute certified organizations and individuals will be recognized with a printed certificate, on the Institute website and social media outlets. Organizations and individuals may publicize their certification.

Two-day business conference that provides an opportunity to learn from local and national leaders on creating cultures where everyone thinks, feels and acts like an owner. In our research, we frequently hear from leaders that they would like more time with Quint and others to have conversations with other business leaders focused on the challenges and opportunities their organizations face. Growing businesses is a key to improving the quality of life in our community. The SCI Roundtables are small groups consisting of 5-10 people. Each group continues to meet every 90 days. To date, there are over 150 people who attend SCI Roundtables.

Management By Strengths (MBS) is a program designed to help companies increase productivity, improve customer satisfaction and employee morale through an improved understanding of how to work more effectively together. MBS skills enhance team building throughout an organization.
