The Saenger Classic Movies series continues at 7 p.m. on Aug. 16 with “American Graffiti” — George Lucas’ classic 1973 ode to cruising, Wolfman Jack and blondes in white Thunderbirds.

The cast is aces through and through and includes Richard Dreyfus, Ron Howard, Cindy Williams, Mackenzie Phillips, Paul LeMat and some guy named Harrison Ford.

If you can’t make it, the classics keep on coming:

Aug. 23 —“Dr. No.”

Aug. 30 — “How the West Was Won.”

Sept. 06 — “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.”

Sept. 20 — “Vertigo.”

Sept. 27 — “Blazing Saddles.”
