Catholic Charities still helping flood victims

NEWS RELEASE -- Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida are continuing to help Escambia and Santa Rosa flood victims with mortgage, rent, utilities and medical expenses.

If you were affected by the flood and are still in need of assistance, contact the Catholic Charities Outreach Center located at 1815 N. Sixth Ave. The Catholic Charities Outreach Center will be open to the public and conducting assessments from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 18. Appointments are not needed.

If you are seeking assistance, bring with you:

  • Social Security Cards for all members who are living in household
  • Driver’s License or State ID
  • Proof of income
  • Copy of bills that you need assistance with. If your rent is something you need assistance with due to the flood, you will need a copy of your current lease. First month’s rent is ineligible for assistance.
