Chamber to host identity theft prevention seminar

Identity theft is a serious problem that affects millions of businesses each year. In an effort to help local companies protect themselves against identity theft, the Greater Pensacola Chamber will be hosting a seminar to discuss ways to safeguard personal information, as well as how to protect against fraud and financial loss. The seminar - which will be presented Michael Dasinger, Victim Services Program Specialist from the Division of Victim Services and Criminal Justice Programs in the Florida Office of the Attorney General - will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 22, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Greater Pensacola Chamber, 117 W. Garden St. The cost for Chamber partners is $5, and admission is $10 for prospective partners, with lunch included.
