City of Pensacola hosts Easter Egg Hunt

The City of Pensacola Parks and Recreation Department will host its annual Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday, March 28, at Roger Scott Athletic Complex. The event begins at 10 a.m. with free activities for children and egg hunts with more than 14,000 candy and prize-filled eggs begin at 10:30 a.m. The egg hunt times and age groups are as follows:
  • 10:30 a.m.    Stroller – 2 year olds
  • 10:50 a.m.    3 – 4 year olds
  • 11:10 a.m.    5 – 6 year olds
  • 11:30 a.m.    7 – 9 year olds
  • 11:50 a.m.   10 – 12 year olds
Parents are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled egg hunt times. Throughout the day kids can play carnival games, bounce on inflatables, enjoy arts and crafts, and play at a bubble station. Kids can take pictures with the Easter Bunny. Admission to the event is free and a donation of a non-perishable food item will go to benefit Manna Food Pantries.
