The financial information website,  SmartAsset.com, has run the numbers and calculated Pensacola as the most affordable beach town in state of Florida. For the entire U.S., Pensacola came in as No. 2. Nationwide, Gulfport Miss. came in as the No. 1 most affordable beach town.
