Gene Valentino hits Sheriff Morgan with ethics complaint

The Pensacola News Journal's Kevin Robinson reports that former Escambia County Commissioner Gene Valentino has filed an ethics complaint against Sheriff David Morgan and Chief Deputy Eric Haines.
The letter of complaint — filed Oct. 28 to the Florida Commission on Ethics and several other organizations, according to Valentino — levels four complaints against the sheriff.
