Get Amped, Pensacola music fans

PRESS RELEASE -- Season six of StudioAmped, WSRE’s popular concert series recorded in front of a live studio audience, will begin airing on April 3.
Six concerts featuring regional bands performing original material were taped at WSRE’s Jean & Paul Amos Performance Studio on the campus of Pensacola State College in February. The concert series highlighted a wide variety of musical genres.
This season of StudioAmped features pop, rock, funk, folk and blues, with artists Chris Alvarado of Santa Rosa Beach, Timberhawk of Pensacola, Flow Tribe of New Orleans, The Owsley Brothers of Santa Rosa Beach, New Earth Army of Destin and Fatty Waters of Pensacola performing.
Episodes will air on WSRE Thursdays at 9 p.m. beginning April 3, with a repeat on the following Wednesdays at 10 p.m.
Concerts will air as follows:
Chris Alvarado - April 3 at 9 p.m.; April 9 at 10 p.m.
Timberhawk – April 10 at 9 p.m.; April 16 at 10 p.m.
Flow Tribe – April 17 at 9 p.m.; April 23 at 10 p.m.
The Owsley Brothers – April 24 at 9 p.m.; April 30 at 10 p.m.
New Earth Army – May 1 at 9 p.m.; May 7 at 10 p.m.
Fatty Waters – May 8 at 9 p.m.; May 14 at 10 p.m.
