Michael Rubinger, a partner at Atlanta-based law firm Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough LLP, will be the guest speaker at the next Innovation Coast education and networking event.

The event, which will be free and open to the public, will begin at 5 p.m. May 21 at Apple Annie’s in Seville Quarter at 130 E. Government St. in Pensacola.

Rubinger practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions and financing transactions. His presentation will focus on financing options for growing companies and will include time for a question-and-answer session.
