The Pensacola News Journal reports that Circuit Judge Gary Bergosh dismissed a suit by former airport concessionaire Robert de Varona over the loss of his contract to operate at Pensacola International Airport.

... in a final ruling issued Nov. 5 Bergosh ruled that there had been no breach of contract. Bergosh also dismissed claims from both sides about the mechanics of the contract discussion and ruled that since neither party was the prevailing party, neither side was entitled to cost reimbursement from the other.
