Kelly Avenue, Hill Drive intersection to be repaved

Due to storm damage to the existing road surface the intersection of Kelly Avenue and Hill Drive requires new paving. Hill drive is a dead-end road, so access to and from the street must be maintained. Work will be performed in stages so as to maintain access to all traffic without road closures or detours. Lane closures will begin March 19, 2015 and will continue for 10 days. Work will occur between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., with traffic moved to one lane at various times. Please contact J.
