Managing your diabetes is topic of April 30 Gulf Breeze seminar

Are you or a family member one of the 29 million people in the U.S. who live with diabetes? Or you may be one of the 8 million people in the U.S. with undiagnosed diabetes. Dr. Krista Silverman, family medicine, will discuss symptoms, diagnosis and management of diabetes at an upcoming Healthy Living Seminar in Gulf Breeze. Sacred Heart’s Senior Spirit program hosts the presentation and invites anyone age 55 and older to attend this free seminar on Thursday, April 30, at noon at St. Ann Catholic Church, Chapel Conference Room, 100 Daniel Drive, Gulf Breeze.
