What do you miss in job interviews?

The University of West Florida College of Business will host a professional development workshop, titled “Change, People, Culture: What We Miss in the Interview Conversation” on from noon to 2 p.m. on Nov. 12 in the College of Business Education Center, Building 76A, Room 103.
The workshop will feature guest speaker Susan Rollwagen, a national training manager for Cox Communications, as well as interactive dialogue on the most common and career-impacting aspects of jobs that are never mentioned in the interview.
Rollwagen has served as an internal performance consultant for the past 20 years. She has led and supported leadership development and strategic navigation through organizational acquisitions, restructures, relocations, reductions in force and location closings. She benefits from the enrichment of career experiences in telecommunications, education, motivational speaking, sales and construction.
