Perdido Community Blues events kick off Sunday

The Perdido Community Blues events will begin this Sunday, March 22 at 4:30 p.m. on the lawn at Perdido Bay United Methodist Church (13660 Innerarity Point Road). The events will take place on Sundays including March 22, March 29, April 12 and April 19.
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to the event. The Official Kickoff event March 22 will have live music featuring Jason Justice, Shawn Bowling, Andrew Forbes, Shane Lamar, Kitty Stevens, Craige McFerrin and Darren McClellan. Pulled pork plates with sides and a drink for $5. Kids five and under eat free. There will also be a Community Blues Food Drive sponsored by 325 Zero Hunger. Please bring non-perishable foods.
