Santa Rosa voters: Update your records

Dear Voters: The primary election one month away.

The primary is Aug. 26; the general election is Nov.4.

Santa Rosa Supervisor of Elections Tappie A. Villane reminds Santa Rosans to make sure their records are up-to-date. Visit the website for full details.

Are you registered to vote? If not, fill out a Florida Voter Registration Application form,  available at government offices, public assistance offices, libraries, department of motor vehicles, a printable version can be obtained online or at the Elections Office.

Has your signature changed?  If so, update your signature by using a Florida Voter Registration Application Form or mail a signed statement that you would like to update your signature and include your birth date, or visit our office.

You can also use the Florida Voter Registration Application Form or send a statement that you would like to change your party.  Please include your signature, birth date and the party you would like to become.

Have you moved? If you have a change of address, call the elections office, fax, email or use a Florida Voter Registration Application Form.  Be sure to include your birth date.

Has your name changed? You must let the elections office know if you would like to change your name.  Use a Florida Voter Registration Application Form or send your current name, birth date, previous name, current signature, and date.  Mail, fax or hand deliver to our office.

Want an absentee ballot? Order one by phone, email, fax, mail, or in person at the elections office.
