Slide the City comes to Pensacola May 30

A way to beat the heat is coming to downtown on May 30 – a 1,000 ft. water slide. Slide the City is an all day street party with live music, food, drinks and lots of water to cool off in. The big attraction, though, is the slide itself – a family friendly 1,000 ft. padded slide that will offer riders a fast and wet ride down the street at Palafox and Jackson. Attendees are also encouraged to bring water buckets, floaties, and non-realitstic water guns to play with. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Gulf Coast Kid’s House.
