Video: Escambia Central Booking flood zoomed

This week a grand jury completed its investigation into the flood and explosion at the Escambia Central Booking and Detention facility on April 30. They recommended no criminal charges be filed, but they did recommend changes in jail management and policy. This video from Central Booking of the laundry room shows a close-up view of the natural gas powered dryers that broke away from the wall, it started a gas leak that led to the explosion.
