Being a workshop sponsor provides you provide you with extensive brand visibility, putting your brand assets in front of an audience of 20-150 people, and gives you an opportunity to make personal connections with attendees during and after the event.
You can bring in an expert speaker on the topic of your choice, or, if you have an expert speaker from your organization, they can take the stage to help better our community members by sharing their knowledge.
Sponsorship Details
- Provide a special registration link for 40 complimentary tickets for your clients or employees to use. If additional tickets are needed, they will be available at a discounted rate of 10% the price of registration.
- Sponsor highlight from the stage/Speaker introduction (5 min.)
- Logo on Eventbrite Page image as well as in Eventbrite description
- Logo on Email Communications promoting the event
- Logo on Event Advertisements
- Logo on the A/V screen at workshop
- Logo on workshop evaluation to attendees
- Set up event website and manage all registration
- Manage all event logistics including:
- Booking the event space
- Name tags
- Printing Handouts/Sponsor Collateral
